March, not just the month of March madness, but also known for Women’s history month. Both the NCAA and WNCAA host their basketball playoff tournaments in March better known as March madness. Why is that we only care about the men’s bracket and scores? It is basically unheard of to fill out a women’s WNCAA bracket and watch the games. Olivia Albright said, “Women are under appreciated for their hard work, even in sports. We are grateful to have this month, but nobody really pays attention to women sports because the main sporting crowd is men and they want to watch men play the game at faster paces.”
