How do you know if a Catholic school is Catholic? It is not easy to decide if a school is Catholic because Catholic schools don’t have a lot of significant clues or details that make them stand out from other public schools. In the NCAA, there are about seven teams that are Catholic but most people may not have even realized it. Just because the schools don’t have “St.” in from of them, doesn’t mean that they are not Catholic. The easiest way to distinguish a Catholic school from a public school is if they pray before games. A lot of teams also have a cross on their uniform that also helps to recognize their faith. These are just small details that most people wouldn’t even pay attention to during a game, but it is an easy way to figure out if a school is Catholic or not.
